Mid Century Modern

Mid-Century Modern art values simplicity and minimalism, with an emphasis on strong lines, bold colors, simple organic shapes and a minimalistic aesthetic. I enjoyed painting the irregular shapes in a random placement with bright, expressive colors. This defines the characteristics of this style. The emphasis on strong lines and dots gives it a sense of movement and structure. It inspired me to try a modern style on my current creative journey.
